Usayd Ibn Hudayr Life story
Usaid Bin Hudair al-Awsi was a companion of the Prophet Muhammad and a leader of the Banū Aws tribe in the city of Medina before his conversion to Islam. He inherited his leadership position from his father who was a fierce fighter, and one of the senior Arab noblemen in Jahiliyyah.
