Prince Andrew accused of groping a woman at Jeffrey Epstein 's home, according to newly released court records.
The allegation is contained in the documents of a 2015 defamation case triggered by a judge on Friday.
Buckingham Palace said on Saturday, the US procedure ", to which The Duke Of York is not a party".

The court papers were released on Friday, A Day before the US did-financier Epstein was dead cell in his jail, while awaiting trial on Sex Trafficking charges.
Contained in the libel, the papers the case is the statement of a woman named Johanna Sjoberg , Prince Andrew touched her breast while she sat on a couch in Epstein's apartment in Manhattan in 2001.

The papers relating to a defamation lawsuit from Virginia Giuffre, an alleged victim of Epstein, against lady, Ghislaine Maxwell .
" Ms Maxwell allegedly procured have underage girls for her ex-boyfriend, Epstein and his wealthy friends, but she has always denied the allegations.
Ms Giuffre then sued Ms Maxwell for libel, after the media heiress claims that she was a liar.
Ms Giuffre had also claimed she was forced into a sexual encounter with The Duke of York.
But in 2015, Buckingham Palace denied this allegation, saying that "any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors" by The Duke "categorically Untrue ".
