Udayanraje Bhosale

Udayanraje Bhosale is an Indian politician serving as a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India, from Maharashtra since 2020. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Early Life

Udayarnaje bhosale is a member of the lok sabha from the satara constituency in maharashtra. India. He is a descendant of the great chhatrapati shivaji maharaj and a member of the bhosale famliy. A member of the nationalist congress party (ncp). Udayanraje was born on 6th august 1955 in satara. He holds a bacheolrs degree in arts from the fergusson college. Pune.

Political Career

Udayanraje has been active in politics since 1999 and has served as a member of the legislative assembly (mla) of the maharashtra vidhan asbha three times between 1999 and 2019. He was elecetd to the 16th lok sabha in 2019 as a member of parliament. Udayanraje has held crucial portfolios in the maharashtra state governemnt in the past including the portfolio of food and civil supplies. Irrigation and public health. And agriculture.

Udayanraje has been a stuanch voice for the upliftment of the people of satara and the entire state of maharashtra. He has strived to bring development to his cosntituency by focusing on various projects such as the water supply project in satara. The konkan irrigation project. And the mumbai-pune expressway.
