Parole officer Roy Rogers (Roy Rogers) visits his kindhearted friend Judge Wiggins (Edward Keane) at his home for rehabilitated ex-convicts. Behind the judge's back, foreman Matt Brunner (George Meeker) has been running a counterfeiting ring with the unwilling help of former prisoner Ricardo Chavez (Russ Vincent). An accident during a lion hunt causes Deputy Sheriff Pat Callahan (Dale Evans) to arrest Roy for murder, while Brunner's henchmen kidnap Chavez's visiting sister (Estelita Rodriguez). …
