Tsai Hau Life story
Tsai Hau is a Taiwanese politician. He served three terms on the Legislative Yuan from 1999 to 2008. Originally elected as a political independent, Tsai joined the Non-Partisan Solidarity Union in 2004, and represented the Kuomintang in the 2009 Taiwanese local elections.
