Tiger king tells of the rivalry between Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin

- A Federal judge has given Carole Baskin control of Joe Exotic the Old Zoo in Oklahoma as part of a ruling in a $1m (£800,000) Trademark dispute.

Joe Exotic , is currently serving a 22-year sentence for his involvement in a murder-for-hire plot, and the mistreatment of animals.

The zoo is the current operator has been ordered to leave within 120 Days .

Tiger King, which was a big hit on Netflix in March, tells the story of Joe Exotic colorful life and his rivalry with Baskin, the owner of an animal shelter in Florida.

The rivalry extended to the Exotic - Real name Joseph Maldonado-Passage - to-use logos similar to those owned by Baskin Big Cat Rescue company.

Baskin sued Exotic for Trademark infringement in 2011, a case that ended two years later with the latter, the transfer of Big Cat Rescue $1m.

In the year 2016, Big Cat Rescue Exotic mother Shirley Schreibvogel, sued claiming that he had transferred fraudulently, his zoo, in order to avoid payment of Baskin and other Creditors .

U.S. District Judge Scott L Palk was been made the transfer, you need to "remove" [the zoo] of the reach of Big Cat Rescue".

Jeff Lowe , Joe Exotic , a former business partner, who said, to leave the premises, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, and remove all of his Exotic Animals .
