The Gower MP claimed that Mr Wallis had "misled The Press about his involvement" in The Site , which they called "exploitative and degrading".
Mr Wallis told BuzzFeed: "Online queries to specify the Sugar-Daddy. net website has been registered in the year 2004 and not 2010. "
"The Site seems to be owned and operated by a company called SD-Limited billing of services.
"For the avoidance of doubt, I never had a financial interest, nor was the managing Director of SD Billing Services Limited and can not comment on its operational activities. "

BuzzFeed News reported that 10 companies, in which Mr Wallis was or is a Director, were subjected to More Than 800 complaints to trading standards between February 2008 and February 2017, according to Bridgend Council.
The Council said the company had visited the theme of the 20 enforcement.
Mr Wallis told BuzzFeed that the characters "nonsense were" and he will take legal action against Bridgend Council.
A Bridgend Council spokesman confirmed it had an "action" of The Fields Group Limited, but could not comment further "due to the possibility that the current proceedings".
Mr Wise told Sky News : "The activities, the website is something what look I Am not at all comfortable, but, ultimately, The Relationship between the company and a company that Jamie may have been involved, is something that I Am not able to. Business arrangements are separated.
