Tom Mulcair Life story
Thomas Joseph Mulcair PC is a Canadian retired politician who served as the leader of the New Democratic Party from 2012 to 2017 and leader of the Official Opposition from 2012 to 2015. He was elected to the House of Commons in 2007 and sat as the member of Parliament for Outremont until 2018.
