Todd M. Abbrecht

Since 1992, Mr. Abbrecht has served in various roles at THL, a private equity firm, where he is currently Co-Chief Executive Officer and a member of the firm's management committee. Prior to joining THL, Mr. Abbrecht worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in its mergers and acquisitions department.
