Thomas Keefer Life story
Thomas Coltrin Keefer was a Canadian civil engineer. Born into a United Empire Loyalist family in Thorold Township, Upper Canada, the son of George Keefer and Jane Emory, née McBride, his father was chairman of the Welland Canal Company.
