Thérèse Boer Life story
Thérèse Boer, born and raised in the Dutch province of Overijssel, is co-owner, hostess and sommelier of Three Michelin Star Restaurant De Librije in Zwolle, The Netherlands. Together with her husband – and Three Michelin Star Chef Jonnie Boer – they have successfully owned and run De Librije since 1993.
