The Kuosheng Nuclear Power Plant or Guosheng Nuclear Power Plant, Second Nuclear Power Plant, is a nuclear power plant in Wanli, New Taipei, Taiwan. The plant is currently the largest nuclear power plant in Taiwan. As of 2015, more than 5 million people live within 30 km of the NPP, second only to KANUPP in Pakistan.
