Iran blocked Websites access, the UN nuclear watchdog says

Nov 29,2023 11:41 pm

Iran's Supreme leader Ali Khamenei , said this has exposed the country, its nuclear obligations, the>in response to the U.S. sanctions

The Agency would like to visit.

The International atomic energy Agency (IAEA) says that for More Than four months, Iran has blocked inspections of two suspect sites.

It is believed to curb The Activity that took place there, long before Iran agreed to, its nuclear ambitions in the 2015 deal.

The IAEA says that Iran's stocks of enriched uranium from the weapons in the meanwhile, over the agreed limit.

The results, low-placed reports, in two unpublished, will be discussed by The Agency in mid-June.

It Comes amid rising tensions between Iran and the United States, which pulled out of the 2015 international agreement.

Iran has always denied that it ever sought to have a Nuclear Weapon , insisting that its programs are peaceful.

What are the results?

In a new report, the Vienna-based IAEA notes "with serious concern" that it denied entry to two locations in Iran.

According to the AFP news Agency, the nuclear watchdog of one of the sides believes to be "have been used for the processing and conversion of uranium ore" in 2003.

He also said that a third location with a possible presence of undeclared uranium comprehensive cleanup and leveling in 2003 and 2004, and learned about"".

The IAEA has not publicly of the three sites named.

A separate report says that Iran, instead of 1,571. 6kg (of 3,464. 7) low-enriched uranium as of 20 May - using the agreed 300kg limit.

The highest enrichment in the tailings is 4. 5%, breach of contract 3. 67% limit. It is still, however, below The Level required to create fissile material for a Nuclear Weapon .

A diplomatic source told the news Agency AFP that Iran has not changed, the rate of accumulation significantly, since the IAEA's previous report in March.

The Agency said it still has access to all nuclear facilities needed to monitor Iran's current nuclear activity, in spite of the difficulties caused by the Corona Virus pandemic, and remarked "very good cooperation" by the Iranian authorities.

What is the Iran nuclear deal is that?

The Deal was signed in the year 2015 by Iran and China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Under The Deal , Tehran agreed to curb its nuclear activities In Return for the lifting of sanctions.

Although the agreement allows Iran to accumulate small quantities of uranium for the research, it is forbidden, the enrichment of uranium, used for nuclear fuel but also, potentially, nuclear weapons.

Iran was also required to redesign built a heavy-water nuclear reactor whose fuel elements contain plutonium suitable for a bomb, and to international checks.

Donald Trump has been a vocal critic of the nuclear deal

The agreement was hailed as a Landmark of the city - which he criticized as faulty, and again, US sanctions.

in the same month, the US tightened their sanctions against Iran, and said the force would try to stop all the countries buying Iranian oil, and put the pressure on Iran to negotiate a new nuclear accord.

Since the sanctions were tightened, Iran has constantly break its obligations in part, to pressure from the other signatories to find a path to sanctions Relief .

a step, the spell could come to an end.
