Kenneth Bianchi (C. Thomas Howell) is a security guard whose attempts to become a police officer are repeatedly thwarted. He moves to California to live with his cousin Angelo (Nicholas Turturro) and dates a string of women, becoming increasingly preoccupied with sex.
