About THE GROWING SUMMER
The Gareth children lead a quiet life in London with their parents until Dad gets ill abroad, and Mum has to go out to look after him. They are sent to Great Aunt Dymphna, who lives in Ireland. They are expected to look after themselves and discover that they have company - a boy who is on the run.
