After British industrialist Stanley Palmer (Clarence Kolb) and his assistant go missing from a plane crash, Palmer's daughter, Nancy (Elaine Shepard), receives a note demanding ransom for his return, and she contacts suave detective Tom Lawrence (Tom Conway), known as the Falcon, to investigate.
