About The Duck Factory
This workplace comedy is set in a run-down animation studio where an eccentric crew puts together the TV show "Dippy Duck. " Eager new Midwestern cartoonist Skip Tarkenton can't believe his good fortune to be working there - an attitude not shared by his cynical colleagues: Brooks, an insecure senior artist; sarcastic film editor Andrea; unimpressive joke writer Marty; Wally, a voiceover artist who no longer remembers what his own voice sounds like; and Roland, one of the few black artists in the business. As "Dippy Duck" teeters on the edge of cancellation, the veterans rely on newcomer Skip to rescue their show.
