This collection of Charlie Chaplin shorts features four titles from 1917. In "The Adventurer," the Tramp (Charlie Chaplin) escapes from jail and saves a drowning girl (Edna Purviance) and her mother. In "The Cure," Chaplin plays a drunk who wreaks havoc by smuggling a supply of liquor into a health spa.
