About The Blue Hour
This ensemble drama follows the hardscrabble lives of those living near the Los Angeles River. While spray-painting the concrete walls of the polluted waterway, Happy (Emily Rios) runs across Sal (Paul Dillon), a homeless man with an unexpected past. Elsewhere, Avo (Yorick van Wageningen) struggles to connect with his wife, Allegra (Alyssa Milano), after the death of their daughter.
