Leaving a 15 or 20 percent tip for a server at a restaurant is standard practice for most people. But Rachael Ray wants to take the idea of tipping a step further to try to change the lives of restaurant workers. She and co-host Rossi Morreale travel America in search of waiters and waitresses who serve their communities in addition to their customers.
