Young Bob Milbourne (Sammy McKim) sees his family murdered by Blake (Arthur Loft) but promises his dying father that he'll get revenge without violence. Milbourne later becomes a lawyer under the name Robert Mills (Don "Red" Barry) and pursues Blake, who rules the town with an iron fist.
