Tetsuya Kitano Life story
Tetsuya Kitano (北野哲也?, Kitano Tetsuya): a trainee navigator, he is put in charge of ship's weapons during a battle simulation, but when he panics and fires too soon, he nearly destroys the fighter squadron. He is later punished alongside with Shigeru Sakamoto to run a lap in the ship with only underwear on.
