Tetsunosuke Saika XXII

Tetsunosuke Saika XXII (二十二代目 雑賀 鉄之助, Nijūni-daime Saika Tetsunosuke) is a karakuri technician who can create and repair the Ninningers' equipment and Otomonin. He resides at the Shishi Temple. His father, Tetsunosuke Saika XXI, created the Otomonin together with Yoshitaka.
