Tapan Munroe

Tapan Munroe of Davis, and a long-time resident of Moraga, died peacefully on April 1, 2014, surrounded by family, from complications of Parkinson's disease. Tapan was born on Feb. 18, 1936, in Calcutta, India, and raised in Allahabad. He attended the University of Allahabad, majoring in chemistry and physics.
