Tamasaburo Kazari

Tamasaburo Kazari (飾 玉三郎, Kazari Tamasaburō), is the friend with the father of Yusuke and Minori, who affectionately refer to him as Oyassan (おやっさん, Oyassan) like everyone else. He owns and runs the Pole Pole.
