Since 1996, former cooking school owner Joe Cahn has traveled in a motor home to NASCAR tracks, every NFL stadium and hundreds of colleges seeking to meet the country's best tailgaters. So he knows what to look for in "Tailgate Takedown," in which Cahn visits a different college stadium each episode to pit three teams of local tailgaters against one another in a cooking competition.
