Svedka is a mid-priced Swedish brand of vodka, manufactured in Lidköping, Sweden and owned by New York-based Constellation Brands. The product name is a portmanteau of the words Sverige or Svenska and "vodka". The spirit is 40% alcohol. A one-liter bottle is produced using about 1. 5 kg of wheat and spring water.
