Susumu Matsushima Life story
Susumu Matsushima was a Japanese photographer famous for portraits of women, fashion photography, and nudes. Matsushima was born on 5 January 1913 in Ushigome, Tokyo. He studied at Tōkyō Kōtō Kōgei Gakkō, where a fellow-student was Gen Ōtsuka.
