Susannah Nelson Life story
Biography. Susannah Nelson was born on 12 June 1755, the eldest daughter and second surviving child of the Reverend Edmund Nelson and his wife, Catherine Suckling. It was the same year that her father became Rector of Burnham Thorpe in Norfolk and it there that she was baptised by her father on 17 June 1755.
