Sultan-Agha Khanum Life story
Sultan-Agha Khanum was a Safavid queen consort of Circassian origin, as the second wife of Safavid king Tahmasp I. She married Tahmasp I sometime before 1548, and was the sister of the Safavid-Circassian noble Shamkhal Sultan, as well as the mother of princess Pari Khan Khanum and prince Suleiman Mirza.
