About Sulphur Dell
Sulphur Dell was a baseball park in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. The land on which it was situated is located in a bottomland, or dell, which was used by early settlers for trading and watering at a natural sulphur spring until a portion was re-purposed for playing baseball in the 1850s.
