Stretch Dude

Stretch Dude is the superhero alter-ego of Bart Simpson. He has the ability to stretch his limbs into all sorts of shapes. When he and Clobber Girl fight against The Collector, he gets tied into a knot. He plays pranks on people at first with his newfound superpowers until he starts fighting crime.
