About Stockport Tiviot Dale Railway Station
Stockport Tiviot Dale was one of two main railway stations serving the town of Stockport, Cheshire, England, the other being Stockport Edgeley. Tiviot Dale was named after Teviotdale in Scotland. Prince Charles Stuart camped to the north of the town in 1745.
