Starla Starbeam is a chain-smoking, alcoholic floozie who dated briefly Kirk Van Houten. She wears wigs, supposedly works at the radio station KZOG 530, and stole Kirk's car. She is also Dolph Starbeam's neglective mother. Starla is Jewish.
