About Southgate–Lewis House
The Southgate–Lewis House is a historic two-story home in east Austin, Texas. It was built in 1888 by a local bookbinder using the Gothic Revival style of architecture. The home is located in a historically African-American neighborhood. In 1986 it was sold to the W. H. Passon Historical Society for its headquarters.
