About Socorro Parakeet
The Socorro parakeet is a species of parrot endemic to Socorro Island in the Revillagigedo Islands, Mexico. Some ornithologists consider it to be a subspecies of the green parakeet. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest.
