About Shingle Creek Crossing
Brookdale Center was a regional shopping mall in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, which opened in 1962. It became the third mall in the Twin Cities, after Southdale Center and Apache Plaza. After a long decline, the mall closed in 2010 and redeveloped into a new center called Shingle Creek Crossing.
