Shigeru Nanbara Life story
Nambara Shigeru (1889–1974) 1 was professor of political philosophy at Tokyo Imperial University before 1945 and president of the university after World War II. He lived his academic life from 1918 to 1951. His research focused on Immanuel Kant and Johann Gottlieb Fichte.
