About Shigeo Shiba
Shigeo Shiba, aka Shige-san (シゲさん) is the Section 2 Chief Mechanic, and second-in-command to Seitaroh Sakak whom he eventually replaces after his mentor's retirement. A total gearhead, he loves his job--probably a little too much, as he can be very hard to relax when he gets fired up.
