Sergei Scherbakov Life story
Sergei Semyonovich Scherbakov was a Russian amateur welterweight boxer. He won silver medals at the 1952 Olympics and 1953 European Championships, both times losing the final to Zygmunt Chychła, though in 1953 both Chychła and his coach argued that Scherbakov won the bout.
