Sergei Mishnev (Russian: Сергей Мишнев, Sergey Mishnev) was a notorious Russian mercenary and terrorist, considered the archenemy of Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Timothy McGee. He is also the half-brother of the feared Israeli terrorist Ari Haswari, archenemy of the NCIS Major Case Response Team.
