Sean Mercer Life story
Sean Mercer was sentenced to a minimum of 22 years in prison, after he shot and killed schoolboy Rhys Jones on August 22, 2007. He was only 16 at the time of his horrific crime, but he was 18 by the time he was convicted unanimously by a jury at Liverpool Crown Court.
