Samuel Theodore Liccardo (born April 16, 1970) is an American attorney and politician from California and former mayor of San José, California, a position he held from 2015 to 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, Liccardo was elected mayor in November 2014. He was reelected in 2018 with 75.8% of the vote.
