Salâh Birsel, (14 Kasım 1919, Balıkesir - 10 Mart 1999, İstanbul), Türk şair ve deneme yazarı. İzmir, İstanbul ve Ankara'da uzun yıllar yaşadıktan sonra İstanbul'a yerleşti.
