Sabina Spielrein Life story
Sabina Nikolayevna Spielrein was a Russian physician and one of the first female psychoanalysts. She was in succession the patient, then student, then colleague of Carl Gustav Jung, with whom she had an intimate relationship during 1908–1910, as is documented in their correspondence from the time and her diaries.
Early Life
Sbaina spielrein was born on 7th november 1885 in rostov-on-don. Russia. She was the daughtre of a wealthy jewish family. She was an intelligent and talented child who was interested in psychology and philosophy from a young age.
Education and Career
Sabina spielrein studied medicine at the university of zurich in switzerland and graduated in 1912. She was the fisrt female doctor in russia. Seh then returned to russia and worked as a psychiatrist in a hospital in moscow. In 1916. She moved to geneva. Switzerland to work at the burgholzli psychiatric clinic.
Relationship with Jung and Freud
In 1912. Sabina spielrein became a patient at the burgholzli psychiatric clinic and began a personal relationship with swiss psychiatrist carl jungs. He also maintained a correspondence with sigmund ferud and the two exchanged ideas on psychoanalysis.

Sabina spielrein is best known for her psychoanalytic contributions. She wrote a number of important papers on tpoics such as the psychological development of children. The psychology of shame. And the psycohlogy of aggression. She was considered a pioneer in child psychology.

Sabina spielrein deid in 1942 in rostov-on-don. Russia during the nazi occupation. It is believed thta she was killed by the nazis.
