Ryan Phan Life story
Ryan Phan is a college student and the roommate of Carter Davis who's currently working on his thesis at Bayfield University. He designed and built the Sisyphus Quantum Cooling Reactor with his lab-mates Samar Ghosh and Dre Morgan. His invention started the time loop that trapped Tree Gelbman on September 18, 2017.
