Rosie Higgins is a jockey and the wife of Hall of Fame Jockey Kent Desormeaux. Rosie was raised on a farm in Eastern Ohio. In 2016, Apprentice Rosie won her first race outside of Blue Law at Santa Anita with only her fourth career mount.
