Rosana Pinheiro-Machado is a Brazilian anthropologist, currently a lecturer in the Department of Social & Policy Sciences at the University of Bath. She studies the economic and political effects of trade in the Global South, particularly in Brazil and China. She is also a columnist for The Intercept.
