Roman Scandals

This musical romp though ancient Rome concerns the adventures of innocent delivery boy Eddie (Eddie Cantor). One day while making his rounds in the dull American Midwestern town of West Rome, Eddie, after being clocked on the head, falls into a stupor in which he imagines himself in his burg's namesake -- Rome -- as a royal servant fighting imperial corruption.
