Rokas Sliupas Life story
Rokas Šliūpas was a Lithuanian physician, co-founder and chairman of the Lithuanian Red Cross from 1919 to 1932. Educated in Saint Petersburg and Moscow, Šliūpas began a private medical practice in Ariogala.
